THE WORST EVER. The owner lady SHEILA and the old guy are nothing less than con artists. The UPS helpline is of no use as these are individually owned and operated franchises. I had several packages shipped and she made me measure and weigh every single one in. If the page was 42.2 lb, she would round it to 45 lb. I was in a mad rush and let few extra pounds slide. The dimensions of the boxes were ridiculously rounded off too.. She charged me a whooping $2700. She charged me $50 on insurance and then called me days later saying the product is not insurable and didn't return the money. I asked for my product she said it will be broken and better to sell it. I was out of town and sent my friends thrice to her location to repackage and she charged us $100+ for packaging. She still didn't ship the product, we basically forced her to send it even if it's broken. Cos there is no way I could sell a $3000 new item to $400 as she suggested. I had a tracking device on my package that was supposed to be delivered to me to the west 10 days ago but I was seeing it go from Waterloo to Brampton and stopped at open box selling shop for days. She kept saying she doesn't know where my package was. She gave a tracking number and that says on the website that UPS hasn't scanned that package yet/hasn't received it to their facility. After 7 days She then had the audacity to say that she was sending MY PACKAGE to HER RELATIVE'S ADDRESS cos if it's her personal package UPS would handle it with care and that's why the tracking wasn't working WHAT IN THE ACTUAL WORLD? THE PACKAGE IS WORTH OVER $3000. and of course UPS customer service was of no help. I called this lady and said I have a GPS tracker on my package and I've watched it move from her store since day 1. And several threatening phones calls + 15 days later the package came intact.
