Not much to say as a regular customer picking up a package. From my visit, the service was fast and friendly, the staff seemed to get along with each other quite well with a cheerful attitude towards their work. The whole process of me picking up my item and paying for duties/taxes was quick and hassle free. The parking lot outside is big and the reception area inside is clean and air conditioned. Overall, a positive experience for me.

We came in due to a missing package, spoke with manager regarding the package drop off they assured it was delivered at the correct address. But we had to do our own investigation due to them saying it was delivered, father and I visited close to 10 houses around our house to find out that our package was delivered to the wrong house due to the address being the same but Postal Code mix up. Would advise fedex to update their GPS systems or the delivery drivers to be more careful in READING the correct postal code prior to delivery. Took us 2 trips to FedEx office and 10 houses to find our 250$ package. Annoying and sad.

Poor service at the front desk. I brought in my door tag to pick up a package. When I gave the tag to the woman, she said my package was already delivered on the 26th. I told her that was not possible. She then gave the address to where it was delivered. I told her that was not my address and it was delivered to the wrong place. Then she said, sorry, but the package was already delivered. Again, I told her that I did not get that package. HOWEVER, she chose to blatantly ignore what I was saying and was more interested in picking at her fingernails. After an awkward silence and no response from her, I had to ONCE AGAIN tell her that was not my address. All she did was turn the computer screen to me and show me the address to where it was delivered. It obviously wasn't my name, nor my address. It wasn't until I showed her the tracking number on my phone that she realized the door tag I was given was wrong. She finally went to the back to get my package. Such terrible service! She did not even bother to ask my name or real address to help me find my package. She would have sent me back to my neighborhood trying to track down my package at a strangers house, only for it to turn out my package was at the FedEx center all along.

Didn't go there but my experience of my delivery was great. My tracking of my pkg was easy to follow and accurate and updated quickly to let me know it would be late. Arrived safe and clean nothing broken. Thanks Fedex

Worst delivery service I ever seen. They expect customers to wait on the road whole day to receive it and they can’t even try to contact before requesting pickup. They won’t assign the nearest place for pickup which is worst and poor customer service
