Stopped by this location last night at about 6:50pm, 10 minutes before closing. The person behind the counter was very helpful and patient, as I still needed to complete the shipping form. She also gave advice on how I could save $25.00 in shipping fees. I would never have know and would have paid the additional charge, as this package needed to be shipped ASAP. Excellent service. I will be returning to ship more Christmas presents today.

I attended at the UPS store today to have some documents scanned on an urgent basis. I had called before attending at the store and spoke to Daisy. She was wonderful and very helpful. I attended at the store and was greeted by Daisy in person. She was amazing and very helpful. I had many pages scanned and it only took less then 10 minutes from in and out of the store. I was in a time crunch and this was just a fantastic experience that took the stress off of me. Thank you Daisy for being so efficient, helpful and kind. I will return whenever I have mass amounts of scanning or faxing or have any other need that your UPS store can facilitate. It was a great experience.

I will only use this UPS. I pass by a few UPS stores to go home and when I need to mail a package I will only go here. Store is clean, it's always easy and painless, the owner is the nicest lady you have ever met and I always get amazing service. She really goes above and beyond. I would recommend 👌

Walked into this UPS location on June 29, 2022, to ship an Amazon return. The girl at the front counter was both unpleasant and unhelpful to say the least. She barely spoke a word to each of my questions I asked about the return. When I was done, I turned away from her and started to walk out of the store and out of know where, the girl called me a racist for no reason at all! I walked back to her and asked her why she called me that. She didn’t answer me. Then I asked for her name in which she did not provide either. Then her manager that was sitting in the back approached. I asked her as well what I said to the girl for her to call me racist. No answer. That’s because I did not and would never say anything to offend any person. I will definitely not return to this UPS store location for the way I was treated with poor customer service by this girl and in return, she played the race card. The manager/owner, Daisy, also has a responsibility here to teach her staff what good customer service is (greeting people with a smile and a "Hello") and provide examples of proper leadership when incidents like this occur. For the girl at the counter: Here is the definition of a racist just so you are aware of it and you don’t get it mixed up with the actions of poor customer service in the future: “A person who is prejudiced against or antagonistic toward people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.” I will be contacting the regional UPS Canada customer service as promised in the store. As for your reply, you could not see that I used my leg/foot to push the very large box over to where you wanted it to be placed. That is not aggressive behavior and it was certainly not damaged. I have know idea why you said I was tired? Try to accept feedback from customers and learn from it rather than replying with lies. Maybe an apology is enough.

Awesome!! I went to there to pick up my package and unfortunately it wasn’t there yet. As I got in my car to leave the woman at the counter ran outside and signalled me to come back in! I brought a small blanket in to be shipped in a bag, but the ladies insisted I buy a box to ship it in to avoid damages and told me the box would be 15.99. I thought that was a good price, so I paid for the box and then sent my package away. In my email confirmation, it said my billed weight was 31 pounds and I was very confused as the full package weight was only around 6 pounds. I went back into the store and asked about the extra weight charge, only to be told after I paid that the weight using that box was standard 31 pounds and that even though my package only weighed 6 pounds I had to pay for a full 31. It ended up being a lot more expensive then I had originally expected and I wish I had been made aware of how the costs worked before I paid. I wouldn’t be so upset if I was simply told how the process worked.
