Fast, Friendly and Efficient. I have no complaints about this place. Iā€™ve always had a great time here. I been coming here for years and I donā€™t understand how some people could get mad at this locationā€¦ everyone here actually does their job well, very friendly staff and smooth transactions. I enjoyed my experience coming here. Thanks for always delivering great service!

Package was delayed over the weekend due to customs. That's fine, nothing could be done about it. New delivery date was set to Monday. Monday rolls around, I wait all day for the package and I finally see the FedEx van pull into the parking lot of my condo unit. I wait for the call for the buzzer or to my phone. Nothing. I see the courier heading back into his van and drives away. I go down and see the attempt of delivery sticker on the door. I was furious. Out of frustration, I drove to this facility before it closed for the day to see if I can hopefully catch my package there. Unfortunately, it was still with the driver. I told them about my experience and the guy helping me at the counter told me that if the couriers are having a busy day and there are no buzzer code written on the package, they will usually not look through the buzzer or call the client. What kind of dumb logic is that? How hard is it to use the buzzer or call the number on the package? I ended up telling the guy to hold the package at this location for tomorrow. I drive over on Tuesday morning. The lady said that the package was dropped off at a Staples close to my house and it's waiting for me there. I asked her to double check and she points to the sticker that the guy at this shipping center stuck to the back of my shipping slip the day previous. Drive all the way to the Staples, just to be told that the package was still at this shipping center. Growing up I thought FedEx was the best shipping courier service out there. Never going to use them again. Driven 1.5 hours this week and still don't have my package.

Why does the driver never ring the doorbell? I work from home. That is just extreme laziness to say that they attempted a delivery when no attempt was made other than to drive up to the house and not step out of the vehicle. Your job is to literally deliver packages with your best effort. How is this level of ineptitude acceptable with a supposedly "world renowned" courier company? No don't answer that, it was rhetorical.

customer service are really friendly but i think nothing enrages me more than fed ex delivery service. they said they attempted a delivery but no tag and no one rang my buzzer. what's up with fed ex anyway? why deliver on a time when it's working hours and people might be at school or working... then they stop after 5pm... and then they won't deliver again or will deliver again at a really inconvenient time. then they won't let you hold your shipment and give me the wrong date for delivery when that day is a holiday. i wish the company i ordered from would not choose fed ex as their delivery service.

It is baffling to me that in a world with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, FedEx manages to be the worst shipping option available. They're approaching a week late on my shipment and apparently it's "On the van", just like it has been for the last three days. And there's no way to contact anyone that works with FedEx as their phone system is deliberately designed to give you no information, so apparently "On the van" is where my property is going to stay. Oh, and if you have any sort of accent, speech impediment, or anything that prevents you from speaking perfectly clearly don't bother calling them. It's "speech activated" menus only, which is an interesting decision in this age of accessibility. FedEx deserves to go out of business.
