I would like to give Less than 1 star rating if possible. Hossam the store manager or franchise owner. I don't know his position but he is very rude with customers. I went to the store with a prepaid shipping label to send equipment back to the office. He refused to put the tape on the boxes. He replied he will charge $4 for it. He made me get my own tape to cover the box. At the same time another customer arrived who could speak the same language as Hossam did. Hossam helped him a lot. He put a tape on his box and also clearly explained to him the instructions. I questioned him saying you are helping him just because that person speaks the same language as you. Then Hossam got mad at me and threatened me if I didn't leave the store he would throw my packages. I left the store right away. I have video and audio recorded for the proof. Seems like he has a problem with the people who don't speak his language. It's such a pity that UPS is still encouraging these kinds of people to maintain the store.. I feel so pity for the UPS people like Hossam will rip your your business. God Bless you UPS.
