I'd give FedEx ZERO stars if I could, they're holding my package hostage until I pay duties/taxes over the phone/web before they move it to a place where I can pick it up... so I now have to do a 2.5hr round trip to pay for said package and then do another 2.5hr round trip to pick it up after they take a few days to send it to a pick-up location. Oh, and by the way, they don't ship to P.O. boxes either, absolutely useless company...

Worst service I have ever had trying to say that my package is trapped in a seacan because of snow but yet my package got on the island the day after the snow storm that put maybe 15-20cm on the ground

Service is absolutely terrible, ordered a package with priority shipping it is 4 days late. Friday they told me it would finally get it here Tuesday (today) now they cannot give me an estimate on when it will be here. Gave me no warning my package would not make it, even though I am set up to there "tracking updates". Definitely the worst shipping service I have used and I will not be taking my business back here. I was told after the second time I phoned I can pick up the package in Cassidy before it heads out. Once I called back (the third time) to inform them I am coming and to get the address, I finally got a helpful representative who tried to give me some real information. This representative also informed me that I am unable to pick up from this location, which again another representative had told me to come pick it up from, another curveball thrown to me by FedEx. So to sum it up, very late delivery times, bad customer service, terrible tracking program and wishy washy information that continually changes.

Delayed do to weather twice in a row. No local pickup options. This is entierly unacceptable. Either replace your driver's with competent people that can drive on a little ice or allow us to pick up our packages!
