Package has been on hold and had to pay customs of 21$ for it to even go anywhere. I paid online and the package has been in Toronto for 3 days now. I called customer support and lady tells me it’s half hour away from me and I can go pick it up. I drive to a Canpar drop location and they tell me they don’t even have it and it’s still in Toronto. So I wasted 50 minutes driving to a location that didn’t even have my package. Will not be using DHL ever again.
