Package has been on hold and had to pay customs of 21$ for it to even go anywhere. I paid online and the package has been in Toronto for 3 days now. I called customer support and lady tells me it’s half hour away from me and I can go pick it up. I drive to a Canpar drop location and they tell me they don’t even have it and it’s still in Toronto. So I wasted 50 minutes driving to a location that didn’t even have my package. Will not be using DHL ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all the people here don’t know about what they are asking for paperwork! They will drain you with everything. My courier is stuck for 5 days now and I don’t know how many more days it will take! Please never go with Dhl they are horrible!

This review if of DHL - they will rob you with their processing fees. I mean - they did charge $21.70 for a customs tax of $2.21. Just a casual 1072% mark up on what I owed.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE -000 STAR I WILL! I called this number from this DHL page July 03, 2020 in the afternoon regarding my parcel, a woman answered asked ( Impolite) if I’m calling for DHL or UPS then I said DHL and she said she’s gonna give me the DHL number because this is not DHL, and I asked her what is this number then?! And she couldn’t answer! wth?! These lazy Cows getting paid by DHL to answer calls and this is what they’re doing No wonder why there’s 1 star review 5 days ago.
