After 1 hour drive, finally get my package. Driver left me 3 ups notices. no any notice number can track my package. after few days work, i go to ups access point store to pick up. they told me they dont have my package. better i call service. I call customer service, give them notice number. he told me he cannot find any information about my package. maybe driver delivery wrong location. but there have my name on the notice. let why i google where is ups customer centre.. when i go there. the man told me maybe my package already return sender. i ask how come? on back notice, said ups access point will hold 7 days. but they not hold. they just gave back to driver. let why waste my time. i need go access point first, and call customber service.(hang up my call) and drive to customer centre. still listen the staff blame me. why you dont coming early, why you pick up late. you only open to 7pm. not 24 hours, how can i pick up after business hour? also driver should be write down pick up location address. not ups store number. we are not ups staff. how can i know which location i need go? also i saw other lady pick wrong location. waste time really.

For the last 3 months, UPS has been either delivering my packages to the wrong address or ignoring my requests to hold the packages at a UPS location. I have spoken to the UPS call centre at least a dozen times and unfortunately, they can only be described as incompetent. I understand that many call centres are located outside of Canada; however, it is clear when you speak to one of the agents at UPS that they do not understand basic English. I have asked numerous times to be put in touch with someone who can assist me locally and multiple case files were “opened” only for me to never be contacted or to learn that these files were never opened when I call back. Of the last 10 packages from UPS - 4 went to the same incorrect address and this individual was kind enough to drop them off. 2 were redirected to a local store based on my request, 2 somehow made it to my house (even though a redirect was requested), and 2 went to other random addresses. In all situations, I informed UPS so they could help me figure out why this is happening. I’ve spoken to UPS on the phone and over social media and have had zero cooperation or assistance. At this point in time, I have no idea what to do. This level of negligence is bordering on criminal. If I could avoid using them, I 100% would.

Three deliveries from UPS in the past week left at an access point with no notices left at my residence. Had to call UPS to find out where the package was delivered. Since this is a common occurrence I would recommend not shipping with UPS this holiday as the receiver has no way of knowing if they received a package or not. Had 4 shipments delivered between FedEx and CanadaPost and no issues. One loses the conveniences of online shopping when you have to rearrange your schedule to arrive at the access point before it closes.

Business hours 3pm-7pm? What kind of joke is that? Says they made two delivery attempts. They did not. How do I know? Well tracking never once said out for delivery, and I have a door camera. Now trying to pick this package up as I NEED it... no way to contact this location directly... 1-800 put a request in for them to contact me. Still waiting. Package still in limbo. Useless. Called 1-800 back after two hours. No request was made for them to contact me. Explain how the main customer service line has no way to directly contact the main Calgary hub?

UPS as an entity is one of the most useless organizations I have ever come across. After being told they hold packages for 7 business days, they shipped my package back to the sender after holding it for 1 day. And the 1 day they held it for was a holiday so they weren't even open to go get it. The fact that they are still in business absolutely blows my mind. I would rather send packages via carrier pigeon, caravan or pretty much anything with wheels, wings or 2 feet and a heartbeat.
