After 1 hour drive, finally get my package. Driver left me 3 ups notices. no any notice number can track my package. after few days work, i go to ups access point store to pick up. they told me they dont have my package. better i call service. I call customer service, give them notice number. he told me he cannot find any information about my package. maybe driver delivery wrong location. but there have my name on the notice. let why i google where is ups customer centre.. when i go there. the man told me maybe my package already return sender. i ask how come? on back notice, said ups access point will hold 7 days. but they not hold. they just gave back to driver. let why waste my time. i need go access point first, and call customber service.(hang up my call) and drive to customer centre. still listen the staff blame me. why you dont coming early, why you pick up late. you only open to 7pm. not 24 hours, how can i pick up after business hour? also driver should be write down pick up location address. not ups store number. we are not ups staff. how can i know which location i need go? also i saw other lady pick wrong location. waste time really.
