Infuriating to deal with. Tried to charge me a $22 "brokerage fee" for an item that only required $14 in duties, which is already annoying. Went to self-clear the package, but they won't provide me with the documentation to do so. When I finally pry it out of them after multiple days of calling and arguing, they don't want to deliver the package, and want me to drive across town to pick it up at their warehouse. At least the other sketchy couriers have the "decency" to locate their warehouses at the airport where the CBSA is, so you don't have to drive all over town for them to scam you. The only bright side is that if you hate a person, you can always send them a package via DHL, if you'd like to harass them.

Excellent delivery service! I was not at home when James, the delivery driver, called. Nevertheless, he took note of the nearby address I happened to be at, did another delivery en route to my location, then delivered my parcel to me. Kudos to James for excepional service, above and beyond!! A very pleasant young man and a good ambassador for your company.

Great costumer service and timely delivery! My only issue was the cleanness (or shall I say, lack of) keyboard for costumers. It was filthy. Apart from that, yes, as mentioned by other reviews, you have to go to the back, at the end of the road almost to find the office. See the pictures so it will be easier for you.
