I was having trouble working out the printer. Jashan came to my rescue. Not only did she print my copies for me right away she also signed me up so that I get more discounts every time I make copies. Sometimes it’s hard to find good help in these big stores but today I really lucked out when Jashan came to my rescue. I hope everyone can get the same customer service as I did.

This is the 2nd time driver drove away, as we stood there waving to sign. When I called they said "I am sorry we cant help you, you will have to wait over the long weekend and try again". I will not do business with fed ex again. Not willing to help and do not care if it's time sensitive.

We ordered a swimming pool from Amazon,who l order from all the time,not only did Fedex deliver it to the wrong address,they accepted a signature from an unknown party and not mine,never in years have l had a problem with UPS..Fedex is not to be trusted!!

My FedEx package I got last week, was fast and on time. Did a warranty return, and the replacement was sent by FedEx , during this BC flood emergency event. Arrived in one day. Driver was polite. Didn't give 5 stars because FedEx is expensive.
