Extremely inefficient company. Delivery was tried twice - no notice left, no doorbell ring and we were home, phone message left the package was ready for pick up, no address for the pick up facility left. When I called to find out location for pick up, NO package was not ready for pick up. Wasted 1 hour of my time trying to get through and get information. Tried to speak to a supervisor but was told my concerns would be passed along ... seriously?? The CSR was very polite and tried to help me which is why I gave 1 star otherwise there would have been no stars. Very very unhappy with DHL.

Worst customer service ever. I went to send a package. I said hello to the ladies and they went on talking to each other, I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for them to finish talking until another lady came and asked if I had been helped. The Arab lady telling the Filipino lady that I don't deserve help. They act like they own dhl. Hire people who can do their job.

Extremely annoyed with this company. They marked my package delivered. The delivery time was while I was home and in fact sitting by the front door waiting for this urgent package. No driver or anyone from DHL came at all but yet they marked it delivered? My shipping requires a signature upon receipt. Was the driver too lazy to deliver just marked it delivered. Nobody came!!!! Totally fraudulent and untrustworthy service. Very upset with this company. And no customer service is open until Monday. It’s Friday now so I have to wait a full 3 days for something I needed this weekend.

After waiting for the shipment that was supposed to be delivered within 5 days, I received a call from them after 3 weeks saying that the I need to release the shipment from the customs or if they will do it for me it will need another 10 days. I went myself to the customs on Friday and immediately went to their office. They asked me if I want to receive it immediately? I answered no, because I already paid for a door to door delivery. they mentioned that since the driver already left, it will be delivered on the next business day, which is a Monday. spending the entire day at home waiting for the shipment, as their delivery room is from 8am to 8pm and nothing was delivered. When I called them the next day, the lady over the phone mentioned it is not yet even picked up for delivery... I wonder what can be worse than such company that charges a lot for a very cheap service.. truly unprofessional
