If I could give 0 I would have. My package was supposed to be delivered there on Friday and dhl insists that it was delivered there. I just called and I asked for them to just check and let me know. The guy hangs up on me, figured it was an accident, only to call back and he was surprised I meant for him to check now. He then informed me he was with a customer so he couldn’t at that moment. Which is fine, but he couldn’t tell me that the first time instead of just hanging up?? I’m very frustrated with this whole ordeal and I don’t think it’s too difficult to check for someone’s package.
