Worst service ever!! I've been waiting for my mattress for three weeks and I haven't received anything yet. Their website says that they tried delivering my package but that's a lie. No one has knocked on my door neither used the callbox. I'm frustrated because I've just moved here and I'm sleeping on the floor waiting for the damn mattress. I've been calling to their customer service and they keep hanging up the phone on me.

Waited for at least 20 minutes for someone to help me. Staff knew I was waiting but nobody came until I asked for few times. Will not go there anymore.
