It's a horrible company, zero skills! I'm still waiting for my package. It's been 3 days since they told me that they will deliver my package and it still hasn't been delivered! I went to the warehouse to be told that my package is with the driver and that I will be delivered the same day at home. And still nothing!! The application tells me that I will be delivered in 3 days. I have never seen such irresponsible and poor service.

Customs clearance service impossible ... The telephone is closed, it is not 9 p.m. as said on their message and there is no service. My package is awaiting customs clearance and no one is writing to me, calling me or otherwise. Terrible service.

Appalling customer service. (DHL Lachine) No possibility of talking to any humans when deliveries go wrong. Endless lengthy menus on the customer service phone number and then the robot finally ( if you're lucky) offers to transfer you to a human, then fails to do so. Does DHL believe that customers have all the time in the world to waste on their automated phone lines? I took a day off work and still don't have my delivery! DHL messaged that they had tried to deliver and I was not at home but they never even posted a notice on my front door. They never came to the door. I was there at home waiting.

DHL drivers need to learn how to use a GPS... getting a confirmation on a delivery only to get a confirmation later the same day the address was not valid. they need to learn from Amazon!!!

I don’t recommend DHL to be honest, if you want to be stressed or want to loose you parcel you can choose them. The tracking is not accurate the parcel move from a facility sort to an other and go back to the previous step in the tracking, nobody can inform you on where the parcel is. They pretend to work on it but nobody really informs you. Worst service ever

I was waiting for glasses that I bought to give to a friend for his birthday. I was at home on delivery day with the family. No one knocked or rang the doorbell. And then I get a notice telling me that the delivery man hasn't found anyone at home. Really disappointed. And the next before buying something I will ask with whom they will send my delivery, if it is with DHL I will not buy.

Bad experience with this company. I have 1 delivery that has been separated into three. I had to spend 1:30 hour to pick up the order myself at the warehouse. The merchandise was incomplete. I called every day to give my address 10 times to the specialist person to take care of delivering the goods. I noticed that they are lazy and incompetent. This is the worst delivery experience I have had.

Package delivery is NOT a guessing game. Packages should be delivered to the address indicated on the waybill. DHL fails to properly read addresses and deliver to the correct recipients over and over again. This has happened multiple times. DHL please please please provide your drivers with GPS's and proper training and require proper reading comprehension skills before hiring. Your accuracy rate on deliveries to our company is less then 50%. How are you still in business? I hate leaving 1 star reviews, and rarely do, but DHL deserves this.

The only positive I can say about this place is that the young female staff was nice and we got our package there in less than 5 minutes with the required documents. For negatives, I wouldn't come all the way here if there isn't issues with the online shipping, which the company requires the ingredients in which the product provider can't give fearing the competition against rivals. I had to get my documents stamped from the Canadian Border Agency so which quite far from this place so that they can release my package. And without a car, good luck coming here when there's weather challenging conditions.

So ridiculous. I was literally waiting at home and received no notice or calls. The driver didn't even try to deliver and just said no response at home and left. I only got informed by a text that it was failed delivery. Their service was horrible and will never buy anything from company working with DHL.

I chose the "delivery to door" option offered via an online merchant. They delivered the package to the wrong floor, they didn't even knock on my door....I was there, waiting for the package.. my floor neighbor picked up the package. thinking it was his. The people at the delivery center are cool for home delivery it's always boring, for me it's a failure every time. Looks like they don't ring.

Worst company. More than 8 days later, no package. Every day they say you will be delivered tomorrow. Finally the delivery man passes a day where I told them that I would not be there and yet I left instructions. Mr. delivery man, the boss tells me that he is tired that he had a long day of work while I am on my break in my work which lasts more than 10 hours a day, then he hangs up on me. He claims that the road is blocked but it is false. Cars pass normally. I even filmed a passing car to prove all that to them.

Extremely bad service, deliveries always late, complicated to change the address (they just don't do it and continue to deliver to the old address).. When I go in person, package already left for the old address . When we telephone, cannot see all the information necessary to assist us, the DHL centers absolutely do not communicate with each other. I do not recommend DHL at all!
