Munificent and impressive customer services with Bing (I hope I spell his name right) at this location! I have a game console that contains lithium battery, which is considered as danger goods and it is a fuss to ship internationally. Got rejected from Canada Post. FedEx was helpful, but asked a bunch of impossible documents to get. Came to this location on Sat at 3:40pm (store closing at 4), lined up and already see the patience the advisor was giving to each and every customers before me, including an older customer needing to print some quality prints, he tried to explain very careful to her on the options and details. Back to lithium, he told me the danger goods specialist is not available on the weekend, he cannot confirm the regulations. Told me to write down the game console name that I will like to ship and he will check it up for me and see if it is possible to ship with UPS, he will let me know on Monday. Did all my researches, and pretty sure it is fine to ship with UPS phewww! Then, he called, and provided the same findings, ensured me that it is will in good hands! I was not expecting he will do all the researches for me before I head back, I have to write a great review for his willingness to help and go beyond what he was asked to do. If you will need to ship lithium battery or equipment that contains it, UPS can help you. Little that I know about game console, but all the help I need. I really appreciate that!
