Jay gave my grandfather and I exceptional service. We had previously dealt with Canada Post and had our package with lawyer documents returned to sender due to incorrect stamps. Jay was able to help us quickly with a USA address and overnight service. He helped us with ease, and answered all our questions eagerly. Keep up the good work.

I've gone to this location on 3 separate occasions, and I'm always amazed at how poor the service is. 1. The person kept spelling the address wrong - whatever, mistakes happen. 2. I was charged for a printing label... I thought that was part of the service?!?!?!?! I asked why that wasn't part of the service and the guys said because he had to print the label... I was confused but didn't want to deal with it any further so I said I would pay on my visa, since i don't carry cash anymore. I was told it was $1.50, but they have a $3.00 minimum if paying by card... So not only did I pay for a shipping label, but I was charged double!!!!! 3. I was dropping off a package (which usually takes 5 seconds to be processed), but one employee was with a customer and the other told me someone would be right with me. I watched the employee who acknowledged me, take their sweet time to sort envelopes that took them over 10 minutes to do and then they said "just dropping off?!" and then it took 5 seconds for them to take my package!! But while they took their sweet time sorting, two more customers lined up, and during covid, I would think they would want people in and out, not waiting there for a ridiculous amount of time!! I don't know why I've only had poor service here, but I really hope for their sake they smarten up!!!!!

Great and Friendly Service especially their Passport Photo. Was there to renew my PR card and they did everything for me from making copies, print, and sending my documents to Sydney, NS. All in one place! It’s my one-stop shop!

Was amazed by the astounding assistance Jay Mallari showed. Was disappointed due to my missing package ( which is extremely important ) and i know it wasn’t his job to chase it but voluntarily did it without hesitation. My disappointing experience turned into a satisfied and memorable one. Good customer service and definitely fit to his position or even for a promotion. 😉

Was in UPS on Mcphillips about a half hour ago and I’m sure there must be a minimum of people allowed in store at once. I went in when a customer was there and another walked in. Total of three customers. After five minutes a total of five more people walked in. WHERE ARE THE COVID RULES? I asked the clerk and he just shrugged it off. I did not feel safe in there today. Please ensure that you follow the rules for your customers as well as your staff. It’s not like there is enough room in the store to safely distance if you continue to NOT monitor your amount of customers.
