1. the store is a lot more helpful than Canada Post, they have printers to help you print stuff which makes things more convenient and time efficient for you, compared to Canada Post you have to do the printing yourself (probably by going to a public library). 2. I haven't experienced the same negative experiences as other customers did because I personally have went to this UPS store dozens of times and have never experienced anything that made me feel aggravated where I wouldn't come back again.

Tried to charge me $40 for the same service other UPS store charge $26.70. Worker argued with me that I was wrong despite having a receipt from the other store.

The two gents who work at this location are wonderful! They took photos for our passports and were very professional and fast. They also were very helpful in assisting us to send our passport through courier. Thanks again!

Go somewhere else . The owner is overcharging price for everything scanning, printing etc . Not like to give a star, useless store and employee.
