My shipment came and instead of leaving at some nearby location they took it to a downtown location in Toronto. My brother went to collect item but they did not give although address on id was same. They should have left it near to my address. I paid about $100 for taxi? Who will compensate that? Canada Post is far better than FedEx. I don't know why companies use FedEx or UPS. I will never send any package through FedEx and will not recommend to my friends around the world. I don't think anyone from FedEx reads this review.

By far the worst packaging delivery company. I once ordered something online and whoever dropped it off just left it in front of my apartment building. Thank goodness a trusty neighbour picked it up, imagine some stranger randomly picking it up and stealing what I bought. Now I ordered online and they said the shipper that I purchased my order from, had my purchase on hold only for that location. I call the shipper to verify this information and said "we would never do that". Can this company find people that are accountable and honest instead of finding short cuts to their job?

Terrible experience. The person at the counter told me nothing but stories. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she tried giving me stories too. No visibility on my package to show it being with the driver on Sunday or today. Even though I received a text message saying it would be delivered by 8pm today. Received another text saying that my package had been reschedule for 12/6/2022 due to a delay. But no deliver was attempted. I was told that they would have an agent look for the package tomorrow and IF they find it. They will call me to let me know when I can pick it up. The run around I got today from customer service, a service rep, Supervisor and the miss information that was put on their website is totally Unexceptable. Truly disappointed with the service overall.

On the day of the delivery I was at the delivery location 5:00am until 8:30pm. Later the same day I had gotten an email stating the delivery was delayed. This was annoying, but I can understand things happen and it was not a major issue. The next day I got a robo-call stating my package had been attempted to be delivered the previous day and that I now needed to pick it up from from 475 commissioners road. From what I can tell no driver attempted to deliver the package to me as I was there all day/no sticker was left on the door, but I just wanted to get my package and move on so I decided to go and pick it up from the 475 Commissioners rd. location. I checked the hours online and was happy to realize that I could make it there before the 9pm close time. I rushed to finish my tasks, drove a good distance and arrived at the Commissioners road location at 8:50 pm. When I approached I quickly realized the customer doors were locked. There were two people standing at the customer service stations, but they would not open the door and stood there seemingly killing time and avoiding eye contact with me. I walked to the side of the building confused and a worker who looked like a manager peered through a window and gave me hand gestures that I should go away. I stood there a bit shocked at my newly realized anti-climactic situation and then left after it actually reached 9PM. I expect more from a Major player such as FedEx and the Managerial Team running the show. The entire experience left me feeling that I was unimportant and a burden for showing up during the scheduled hours. Could have been a simple conversation, explanation.. apology...or something...anything... If your stores are closed at 8:50pm that's ok, but correctly list it on your website and not 9pm...I wouldn't have come way out there. This experience will definitely leave a lasting impression on me and how I view this company.

The lies coming from their rear end. Apparently they did their "Final Attempt" to get to me. I got ONE missed attempt slip. I'm jobless living in a house with a working doorbell (I just checked the red-green Christmas light setup on the doorbell). Watching TV on moderate volume without headphones. I answered the door for 2 house-to-house people and 2 other deliveries this week. Now I have to take a 2 hour transit ride here and back home just for my package. If I wasn't on my depression meds I'd take you to court, I have you on the security cam. You gotta PRESS the doorbell not gently rub your finger on it like some ID scanner.
