I shipped several boxes of personal effects from Florida to Montreal. I shipped to them so that I could control exactly when we'd have delivery. We hired a local trucking company to collect from them and bring to us. Steve the Assistant Manager at the St. Denis UPS Store location was amazing to work with. Very helpful and great communication skills. I have no hesitation recommending him and the UPS Store.

My girlfriend and I had to ship many large items, which could have been a very painful process. However, Steve made the experience as smooth as possible. He is very knowledgable and was patient answering our questions. You could tell that he genuinely cared and wanted our packages to arrive safely. Because of Steve, all of our packages arrived. With the hours being Mon-Fri open until 5PM I was unable to pickup my package as I work during the open hours. I called and spoke with an employee requesting my package be held until Saturday as I do not work and would be able to pickup my package then. The employee informed me he would put a note down to keep it until then. When I arrived on Saturday at the location I was informed that the owner of the location DID NOT read the note and had sent the package back on Friday. Absolute waste of time and now I won’t have the gift for Christmas.
