Itā€™s so frustrating dealing with this business. As a small business owner, my main supplier recently switched to UPS and itā€™s been an absolute nightmare. So tired of getting redirected to just someone else that isnā€™t accountable. I contacted my shipper to see if Canpar can be used instead. Never had an issue with Canpar and they were able to deliver same product in 3 days, UPS is 4 plus. Never had so many damaged boxes either. Thereā€™s zero accountability so this too will fall on deaf ears! I also recently had a personal delivery and the box was so badly damaged, parts were actually missing ā€¦.damage department??ā€¦ā€¦.still waiting.and waiting and waiting. Very very sad company.

Nothing to say about the service I received here but exceptional. This is not to say UPS is, but the lady here went above and beyond expectations of finding and then messaging the driver with my package that was going to be delayed for some unknown reason, but she also was able to message the driver with my package and asked them to go back to my place and deliver. (after what was said to be an attempt by the driver earlier that day). I left there and went home and 5 mins later it was on my step. Fantastic help here. I won't even get into what I think of the service of the company as a whole, because that would be not very positive, and my experienxe with this particular location/hub was nothing but great, a sweet end to a very bitter and frustrating experience with this shipment up until the final days. Tldr : 2 thumbs up for this particular center and the awesome lady behind the counter whose name i regretfully didn't get, multiple thumbs down for UPS and their service otherwise.

I was hoping to be the guy that gives 5 star but sadly i can't. Sad part is i jumped right in, got the app on my phone, spent forever trying to get it to work. Got it to work and it let me down. I change my delivey to somwhere close to home ( to have a safe place to pick up,and not left on door step) its been 2 days now and i don't know where it is??? App say its deliered or on the way to pick up spot now for the last 2 days! I ask for updates and don't get any but, ( today... end of day pkge will arrive) b.s. it cost me alot of money to get that pkge here. So yes I'm alittle p.o..... i know somone from ups is gonna read this and say( sorry blah blah blah) but sorry to you guys! for probably losing another customer. And sorry is not gonna get me my pkge or the money i spent if it ends up in some white van being sold for 1/4 of what i paid. I hope i get it but its not looking good. Next time don't change pick up locations or start looking for white vans maybe our pkges are there........ sincerely another disappointment customer...

I am not surprised this business has such a low rating. This is by the far the worse return experience I ever had. The owner recruited 4 men in line to kick me out of the store after I asked him to help me to fill out an international return form. Bullying, harassing business. Avoid.

Apparently they permanently closed this location for their "Valued Customers". Because that makes perfect sense. The doors are locked with a sign stating the closure. I felt sorry for the "Valued Customer" that was there to pick up a package.
