Itās so frustrating dealing with this business. As a small business owner, my main supplier recently switched to UPS and itās been an absolute nightmare. So tired of getting redirected to just someone else that isnāt accountable. I contacted my shipper to see if Canpar can be used instead. Never had an issue with Canpar and they were able to deliver same product in 3 days, UPS is 4 plus. Never had so many damaged boxes either. Thereās zero accountability so this too will fall on deaf ears! I also recently had a personal delivery and the box was so badly damaged, parts were actually missing ā¦.damage department??ā¦ā¦.still waiting.and waiting and waiting. Very very sad company.
