I've had the most upholing customer service from this company, It's not very often I have complaints but I have many for this, I paid extra to get an early delivery it is now 3 weeks late I still haven't received my delivery they have said they have attempted to drop it off several times but there is nobody on my security cameras second I recommend a dropping it off at a UPS pickup point The date was selected that it was delivered I went to the pickup point there was no package they actually didn't even know what I was talking about I've been on customer service every single day with absolutely no help but it'll be delivered tomorrow they say no delivery I think they have lost my package and just don't want to admit to it. I have never dealt with non sence , It's very frustrating considering it's a $400 package I am very very upset If I were you select any other company but this one to deliver your goods, And as we speak I am still waiting for customer service to phone me back once again.
