Extremely slow, I belive they switched to a zero carbon foot print and now deliver packages on horse back and dog sled. The absolute worst customer service can't get a hold of anyone or have calls returned. I honestly feel that a flock of carrier pigeons could transport order faster and more effectively than UPS. Absolutely pathetic.

Literally says signature required on the package itself as well as on the tracking and they just left it at my door.

A very Shoddy operated company, they said that I was to get a parcel from Cabelas/Bass Pro over a week ago. I waited from 8:30 am till 10PM (July 28, 2021), nothing ever came my door, bunch of crooks! Because of this I will NEVER order from Cabelas/Bass Pro again, and will NEVER use UPS as a Courier 'AGAIN'!!!!!

Seems like Muskoka is not very good at delivering UPS shipments to Hearst... packages get stuck in timmins and last time UPS had to send via Canada Post from Timmins to Hearst! Best to use Purolator all the way!!

Would of been nice to know that UPS Don't deliver to Post Boxes and they don't try to contact you about it.... package waited 4 days before I decided to finally call.... still won't be here for another day all because there's a po box number with my address.
