I live in a secured apartment building. DHL didn't even try to call me when they wanted to deliver my package, they just realized they don't have free access to the building, turned around and left. Even the slightest bit of effort from the delivery driver would have taken my rating from a 1 to a 4 or 5. In the future, when I have an option of how something is shipped, I will be sure to use ANY other courier service.

Scam company. Fraudulent n horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam unless u wanna pay shipping twice and duty’s and then wait like 5 years for ur package because it’s delayed at customs

I don't recommend it Very bad, its service was excellent, but now it is more than bad. He told me I will receive my two packages, but I did not receive it. It was more than tow month late. They only brought me one box. I called more than once to follow up on my remaining package and sent everything that was inside the box. They told me it arrived empty, how is it possible? After more than a month of waiting, they told me that my shipment was officially announced as missing. How is this possible? I paid customs and shipping fees, but my package did not reach me.

I ship everything through this location. Locally owned and operated, staff that go the extra mile, always polite and courteous. I think it's hilarious that most of the bad reviews have nothing to do with the location - either corporate DHL/ Customs/ Driver issues, the locally owned storefront has nothing to do with this. People need to think before leaving a bad review to bring down a locally owned storefront for corporate issues. People saying they're put on hold or can't get through - for a busy downtown storefront, they will always serve customers that are in the store in person before taking a call. This is standard with any business. It sounds like most calls would be directed to a corporate number regardless - as issues with package tracking/ customs issues/ driver issues among other things would not be something handled at a storefront level.

What a useless delivery company. Don’t use them if you need your package within a week of the date. Accounting lost the payment confirmation for duties too. Reply : Yes I know it’s a shipping facility. I’m warning others to avoid your company all together. Sending packages and using them as a receiver. Thank you !
