Package 2 of 2 delivered 3 days late on Friday, totally fine. Package 1 of 2 was supposed to be the same date, then the same date for the late delivery, no signature required. It’s now Saturday (after the original and delayed delivery dates) and the driver finally goes to deliver the package only I wasn’t home and so she left a slip, IT WAS NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. ITS HALF OF A COUCH and the other half was delivered without it yesterday!!! Tried to call as they were on my street still (neighbour had messaged me) and they would not contact the driver for me to ask them to read the instructions properly and to deliver without a signature. Totally frustrating to only have half of a couch when the rest of it was at my front door.

A friend placed an order that was "delivered" by this company. Despite the delivery driver delivering to the wrong address, the company refuses to take responsibility. Saying things like "the driver says he went to the right address" , "can you prove you didn't receive your package" and "contact the original sender they'll help you". This is shameful. I accept that people make mistakes, but own your mistakes don't pass them off or deny them. FedEx is a joke and I will never deal with them going forward

Customer service at the office is great. Some of the delivery guys should be fired on the spot! Totally disappointed with the service. If I order online and delivery is from FedEx, I cancel the order!

FedEx is as much of an annoyance as any other shipping company. I understand the process but I do feel like delivery drivers should try harder to contact the owner of the package before driving away. Import taxes are absolutely insane, too. Bought a pack of stickers for $12, charged $25 for import tax. Bought $60 worth of clothes, $32 taxes.

Excellent customer service, I've never had an issue with a late parcel. They're always on time if not earlier than expected, prices are great. The delivery drivers are always polite and seem to love their jobs. I highly recommend choosing FedEx Ground for all your shipping needs.
