My Inspire FTX trainer was delivered by this company and just left on my driveway on a pallet while I wasn’t home. Because of the size of the item (670 pounds) they were supposed to call ahead and arrange for a time for delivery. Instead they just chuck it out in the open, exposed to the elements and take off. This was suppose to be a threshold delivery. Thanks a lot guys.

Worst place ever, call centers have very little info, took them more than 30 days to get my bow flex from Langley to kamloops, it sat in transit for "23" days. Every time I called I got no further than "it's on a trailer" I've talked to other businesses that use them and it's all the same, took them 4 months to get a transmission from Ontario to it's destination in B.C, I definitely wouldn't use them if you want your item with any kind of rush on it.
