The white security guy is very rude and insensitive. He used to work in the night shift. I don’t know his name. Truck drivers are treated very bad here by this security guard. I request canada post management to take some action against him. If he is sick and tired of this job then he better should quit this job and sit home. Easy and simple.

Just pure incompetency. And purely an inadequate service, especially when compared to their private counterparts who continue to deliver packages door-to-door. Is your home more than 100m from the mailbox despite only actually being 30 seconds down the road. Too bad. Drive several kilometers to the nearest post station, the next day. Do you live inside a apartment building? Too bad. It's too much to ask that they leave the package outside your apartment door. Have an issue that requires a need to speak to someone. Have fun trying to navigate the virtual assistant that is obviously designed to stop you from speaking with a real person. What a corporate joke.

Time 2:00 pm date September 9 1870 WELLINGTON AVENUE WINNIPEG MB Canada post The security miss behave with me . I am a truck driver i came to canada post for dropping trailer but no one was their on gate. And after waiting few minutes I press the call button on the gate . Then the guard came to me and rudely said that never press the button. He told me i have to give answer to the supervisor i said to him listen bro no one was their thats why i press the button. Than he told me why you call me bro we are not from the same mother . He start arguing and miss behave at the end i said him god bless you and i leave from their without dropping tailer . Guard name was Easy . He waste my presious time of my live . Your whole company will never pay that lose because when i will see any guard from your company i will remember this disrespectful situation And may be for the rest of my life i will never earn that loss .
