Every single time I order something online and the company ships through FedEx it's a nightmare. Once a package was out for delivery for 5 days and then got returned to sender because apparently the duty wasn't paid, but they made no attempt to deliver so I had no notice of the duty fees. Another time I received a delivery and 2 months later I got a bill for non payment of duties/taxes which were not declared upon delivery. The last 2 times the packages were on a vehicle out for delivery all day and then returned to depot where they were sent to a ship centre and I had to go pick it up myself. It's supposed to be delivered to my front door, that's why I ordered online!! They only get 1 star because I have to put one in the review. Worst shipping company.

Package arrived a day early. Which would have been fine had I known. The website had it sitting in Edmonton still. The guy dropped it off and lightly knocked on the door and ran off. My video "doorbell" captured it. Could barely hear it on the porch door and the cam is less than a foot away. So it sat outside where any crackhead could see it for an hour and a half. Fortunately they must have all crawled back to wherever they gather to go through the nightly spoils.

Absolutly outrageous. This was how a parcel containing food was delivered to my door by FedEx Ground in Clairmont. Not only did it appear that the box had been kicked around but it HAD BEEN OPENED then one of the food kits inside OPENED then the main box resealed. For a company to do this and have the balls to still deliver it speaks volumes. Once I post this reveiw I'll be contacting their corporate headquarters as well as the media, this was food tampering AND mail tampering, they opened someone elses mail, which is federal offense. The sender has already opened their own investigation and is shipping us a replacement. Hopefully not through fedex. Stay far away from fedex ground they obviously can absolutly not be trusted.

Paid for fast shipping but my package status was “on delivery truck from Clarimont to Grande Prairie” for FOUR WEEKS I called last week which was no help at all. I called again today, to be told my package was delivered on the 17th of September! So basically I received no email or anything to tell me my package was delivered and it’s now OCTOBER 6th, I waited basically FOUR WEEKS for this package. I’m definitely going to avoid ordering packages that go through FedEx.
