Dropped an Express, time-sensitive parcel off at the FedEx counter on a Wednesday. I got a notification that my parcel had been accepted, but it didn’t start tracking that day, or the next. Saturday and Sunday also roll by, Monday and now Tuesday and still no tracking update. It was supposed to be delivered by today (the following Tuesday). FedEx customer service cannot locate the package but they said it never left Cold lake as it had not been scanned. Will drive to Bonnyville or StPaul next time, not sure how they lost a package before it was even picked up. :(
