At this point my package is considered stolen by FedEx. With radio silence on tracking information and an “attempted delivery” lie. It’s electronics from Apple Inc. so not the best judgment call on you guys. I suggest opening your communications with clients or shuttin er’ down folks b/c this…this is not working for your “customers”.

Amazing customer service. I was moving from Alberta to Washington state and brought my moving boxes, bins and suitcases to them. They helped me carry my things from my car to the shop. They helped me put my things in a box when one of my bins broke. And when my suitcases came back from fedex ground because they cannot ship luggage, they repackaged all of my many suitcases and sent them again. All this with no extra charge and a discount. These guys are courteous, gracious and professional. Highly recommend them!

I'm just blown away by the lack of common sense in delivery drivers. Yes, obviously lean my package against my mailbox, When it would quite obviously fit INSIDE the mailbox, and let it get soaked in freezing rain. Are you kidding me? How is that acceptable? The best part, the couriers don't put names on their packages, so i can't even report this guy for his garbage work ethic, so it'll happen again. What a joke.

Waited all day for an important package, ran to the store for ~30 mins around 4pm and of course he comes then, leaves a “just missed you” note, and as I return home I pass the truck in the parking lot. Could’ve left me the package, or turned around and brought it back but didn’t do either. Called them and they didn’t care. Package was already a day late to begin with and now it’s an extra day because their delivery drivers+warehouse staff don’t gaf.

Usually hate dealing with Fed ex. The staff don't care here, were talking another language and were rude. Plus FedEx is one of the more inconvenient shipping services.

So i live in a suite based house meaning that the only way ill hear if these packages are there or even mine for that matter is if they rung the doorbell at the least but nope probs just gave a quick knock and left the bloody slip cause whatever who cares by the time I'm home from work the stores have pathetic hours so i cant even hope to go in and grab them
