Sent Christmas presents to family in the states, they made it as far as Kelowna, where it sat for a week, and then sent back, do to the fact that the states needs to know exactly what's in the package, the weight and cost of each item ! My issue is with Fed Ex not training there employee's on how to fill out the paperwork properly, how can you have a representative take your package and send it internationally with no knowledge of filling out the bill of laden ??? So my granddaughter wont miss her Christmas presents again
