Definitely 0 stars . Even using their system for international shipping the system fails and then try to get help from people that understand nothing is frustrating . Is there actually areas in the lower 48 that they do not service? As bad as big brown is these guys are worse , back to UPS for me .I will be deleting my account

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Took 12 days to get a parcel from Oakville to Woodstock because somehow it ended up in BC and no one know how or why. Then they could find out when it was coming because it "missed connection multiple times.
