This location does not accept biological shipments (blood, in this case), and clerk was not helpful in providing an alternate location. The ship centre in GP Furniture, however, was excellent!

Best friend was supposed to get delivery today. Driver refused to take payment and then my friend paid over phone. Driver was supposed to deliver package later today. My friend phoned to find out where package was only to be told that she was not told it would be delivered. The customer service reps were awful!!!! Seriously just disgusted with service.
