My wife and I have been waiting at home for 48 hours. Texts tell us it was out for delivery yesterday.......... and again today. The message says no-one was at home, same today, text, no call. We are housebound for two days. The doorbell in our apartment works well. DHL unable to pronounce French name of DHL Service point. Service point telephone number goes to DHL central. What a circus!! I had to give 'one star', otherwise this message would not be delivered!!!!

P5SS poor. This shower wants 50cad$ for 'fees' on an import to Canada in which tax and duty is (at most) 28cad$. Unbelievable. AVOID, avoid, avoid. The seller to me did not inform me, or I would have refused use of DHL.

Very nice staff and good service. Fanny helped me to do a pickup service and shipment from Italy to Canada although this is out of her duties. She was nice and explained to me clearly the requied steps to do that. Thank you :)

Systematically tells their customers they lost your parcel and hope you accept a refund because shipping it would be less profitable.
