I ordered some product. I used the tracking system and they lied. In the tracking, it says they tried to deliver and left a card, but no-one rang the doorbell or left a card. I have a sign on the front door that says ring the doorbell and I have a mailbox on the front porch. Either the driver can't read, or they weren't here.

Says my parcel was attempted to be delivered on Thurs and Fri . Left a card. I WAS HOME ALL DAY. And no one came by or any card left. Where is my parcel

The Google listing says it's a DHL authorized shipping center, there's a sign on the door saying it's an authorized shipping center, but the person working there said they're not.
