There holding my package and won't let me pick it up. I cant pay the duty over the phone because of something on there end and they won't let me come pay for it in person. This should be against the law! I will never ship with FedEx ever again. Unbelievable really.

Yikes. Had to drive here three times for a package that was there the whole time. If I didn't have to drive two hours from Calgary twice because of this lack of diligence It wouldn't be as bad...but I should not have had to go in three separate times, call FedEx a total of 5 times, and even ask for the companies help just for them to find my package. Very disappointing.
