There is no way for me to contact the UPS in my city. I tried the phone number listed, and it was not available. Once I sign in to track a package, the site wonât let me update my address (which is wrong on the parcel that was sent to me!): it just takes me to another countryâs website, and that one wonât let me change to my own country. Therefore, no address update, no contact. This is not the first time we have been frustrated by UPS. Every time we see that a sender used UPS, we cringe and cross our fingers, hoping that, yet again, we wonât be frustrated by their absolute lack of customer service.

Terrible service would not recommend, I watch the driver through my kitchen window walk up and just literally drop the package towards the door, too lazy to set it down properly, and doesn't even ring the door bell just walk away. What an idiot currently on the phone making a complaint with the main complaint line, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER, if i could leave a negative star for this courier i would!!!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a package and it was delayed 2 times and took longer than expected. Even when the tracking said it would be here by the end of the day it wasn't. Never going through them again.
