If I could give a zero I would. I have experienced a series of problems from Fed Ex delivery drivers not knowing how to use a buzzer system in front of an apartment building to dumping a large package in a foyer of the apartment building and not delivering to my door. There appears to be no effort to actually deliver the item to the person. Fed Ex does not phone you, or text, or email that they tried to deliver the package. A sticky note is sometimes left on the front door, which is subject to wind, rain, etc. There is no email, phone number, or contact information for making a customer complaint. This last time, I ordered something for express delivery and paid an extra $100 for it. Ordered on Feb 4th and now Feb 14th and just found out from the seller that it has been sitting at a Fed Ex shipping centre for several days. I had no notice whatsoever. I now have to go pick it up when I have mobility issues. I sat on hold for considerable time trying to share my frustrations, but finally hung up. Fed Ex is a loss and will inform my seller (whom I order from regularly for work) to not use Fed Ex again. Bad reviews is what you get, Fed Ex, when you do not offer better service and good customer support.
