Two attempts to have a parcel delivered to us. The supplier was told on the first attempt that Fedex picked up their parcel but had no idea where it was. Replacement was dispatched ( just an envelope so not particularly challenging!) and this time they wonât deliver because âour address doesnât existâ....odd as the house has been here, same address for 120 years! Iâm guessing that for an envelope they simply couldnât be bothered.

I'm being extremely generous by giving Fedex a 1 star. They made no attempts to deliver my package. their tracking # says "The customer was unavailable or not home" when I was home 2 days straight. after calling their customer service I was given the information that they only make 1 attempt to deliver per day and if they miss it they don't try until the next day. Fedex was provided the contact phone number upon arrival however the drivers will not call as "they do not carry company phones" this was one of the most infuriating things they could have told me followed by several different stories from different representatives. I received the following stories from 4 different reps 1. the driver is on his way back with the delivery (he was not as I called 2.5 hrs later to ask where my package was) 2. I didn't provide the number for them to call, thus no attempt was made 3. you can pick it up from the storage as we will not attempt to deliver ( this is after attempt #2, their policy says 3 attempts) avoid Fedex at all cost. Buy and ship your products from someone else if you can.
