More often than not, the parcel is “out for delivery” but doesn’t arrive. End up waiting at home all day, right up until the end of the business day (7pm) for a parcel that never shows up. Waste of my entire day. And I have to wait all day the next day again until it actually arrives. It comes from the Brantford UPS location, so this isn’t a corporate issue. This is a Brantford UPS issue. And it happens frequently. Ridiculous.

Had to drop off a package and don’t own a printer at home so they helped me print the label. Very quick and easy no complaints. Very nice staff

I went today September 29, 2022 @ 4:46 pm, to dropped off to ups store 211, brantford Ontario package need to shipped urgent to Quebec. the made me wait longer because the email adress wasn't work, but also the store manager was so rude with me, because I told him I'm not satisfied with the service, he told me he don't want to received my package, because I'm not satisfied with ups service. I was so disappointed make me wait and been rude with me. Even he ask me to pay 0.30 c for the copy, after he told me not to pay???

Great customer service, i truly recommend it, the worker who helped me to print my shipping label and send my package was great, he made the experience really easy and fast.

The 2 young ladies working there are very professional and process the delivery with no problem and experience. The young man working there should take lessons from them in customer service.
