Dropped my package off 4 weeks ago and it still has not left the depot. Call the 1-800# to get them to find the package and they tell me I have to find the package. So I try and directly call the depot but you again have to call the 1-800# and have them transfer the call because the local number is not listed. And just my luck, they aren’t answering the phone because the workers decided to show up late. Very unprofessional service, avoid at all costs!
