So far a very poor experience with fed ex. They were able to get three packages out of 4 to me, and have somehow misplaced the 4th for the past week and nobody has been back in touch or is really aware of what’s happening. They are a set of rims and tires… without the 4th package, they’re all useless, I hope this get resolved by days end.

Never get my packages from them. The drivers say they call or buzz to get us and my wife and I are both home and they don't even attempt to call us to tell us they "couldn't deliver it" because the package has no buzzer number on it yet it has our name and unit number on our apartment buildings buzzer intercom box. It takes the least amount of effort to try and they can't even do that. Changed to 3 star rating as one of the agents in their office actually made sure to hold it for me before the end of their day.

My package from woodbridge to windsor has taken 5 days so far , i could have picked it up and been back home in one day ,,,,, still waiting for it.

Worst company ever. Delivery was scheduled, I paid for express, and the guy "knocked" lightly once, and then left. I was in the other room, and my dog didn't even hear his knock. Reviewed security footage. So much for that gift.

I've been trying to get my package for over a week now. The driver has posted notes at the door both times someone was home all day. Everytime I call customer service they give me a date that it doesn't get delivered on. The driver was supposed to call me last time no call. The funny part is I bought 3 items the driver delivered 2 and then left a note for one of them. I seriously think im going to have to return my product because its never going to get to me. To expect me to drive 1 hour away to the warehouse is ridiculous. I also choose fedex as a shipping option through my many wholesalers with my business. I am now strong reconsidering using Canpar.
