Loomis Express, Cranbrook, BC

Terrible service. Door and website says open at 11:30am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday. Currently Friday, and I’m sitting at loomis express at 12:45pm with no one in the warehouse or office. i’ve been tracking down my package for a week now with no help from them, even tho it’s their job… weird right? I will be very disappointed if the money I spent goes down the drain, because they don’t know how to do their job.

Have had some long waits on the phone while trying to make contact with a live agent...add to that the hours for business in the Cranbrook Loomis Depot laughable' opens at 11:30 AM weekdays. And their routings are just up and out idiotic..my pkg went from Lethbridge to Calgary then to Cranbrook. They must enjoy driving around with peoples "EXPRESS" packages. In these days of idiotic fuel prices, you think they wouldfind a more direct (fuel saving ) route. And yes...I'm into about 7 days of waiting for my pkg from a place which anyone could drive in 4.5 hrs.

This company has the lowest level of customer service. Communication via tracking is inaccurate and no one is ever available to speak to via customer service. This has been my experience in multiple provinces with this company.

After reading the numerous negative reviews I was gravely concerned for the delivery of my limited edition item, that is now out of stock, and therefore, irreplaceable. I received an email and text message informing me of delivery, scheduled for today. I made sure to leave fairly detailed instructions for delivery, and prepared for the worst. I arrived home from work at approximately 5pm and my package had not yet been delivered. I was concerned, but figured that the driver was pehaps delayed due to workload, and the delivery would occur tomorrow. To my surprise, the driver arrived at approximately 545 and could be observed reading the delivery notes, before getting out of his truck. I met him at the curb, and did see very light wear on the box package exterior, but the damage was not concerning enough for me to worry about the inner contents being damaged. I personally feel that the driver deserves a huge thank you, for delivering after regular working hours, and for still taking the time to read the delivery instructions. I feel confident enough in them to use them again in the future, should the need arise.
