Customer service center looks like an afterthought. The dude who jumped off his forklift to serve me was superb though! It is a warehouse. They still haven't installed a community mailbox on my street. It's been 6 weeks! Yikes!

Awful, if you are able to not have a community box with Post Canada and not get delivered from them, do it! My experience is that since the end of January 2022 (we are in mid-June 2022) they have changed my community box 3 times without telling me. Each time I get nothing for 2 weeks and then I call and have to speak to customer service about 10 times to get something done. They tell me that the supervisors at the Warehouse do not answer and therefore, for 1 month I have no mail. Then they finally tell me to go get the key at the Warehouse, they got it wrong twice so I went there 5 times in total and I didn't have access to my mail for 3 months out of 4 and a half months at total since my move. It's really frustrating and there's nothing to do except complain to the Ombudsman... I'm still waiting for my new keys for the new post box they changed 3 weeks ago without me say! Also it's annoying that when they make mistakes, no excuses, I have to take the time to pick up my keys, every 40min drive, I have to pay for gas, they don't even want to deliver them to my door. Hours and hours of my life just to get access to my post...!
