I love that they can build the box to fit your package! And they are so reasonable. The staff is helpful and friendly and I feel secure that the package will arrived as mailed.

Staff needs to learn manners, and the business needs to be more organized. I could write a book on the times my emails were ignored, staff was unnecessarily rude and confrontational and the times policies and hours changed without any warning. I was a regular weekly business customer for 3 years until today when they decided to change their prices without warning again and charged a much higher amount to my CC they have on file without warning or my permission. You have no right to use my CC without my consent. PERIOD. I have decided to go with the competitor (Chit Chats) because their drop off service to Washington is the same as Letterlock for a fraction of the cost and they pick up from your home or business. Most importantly they are so nice and make you feel so welcome and appreciated. This shouldn't be too much to ask for but apparently it was at LL. I'm just so so happy I won't have to deal with them ever again! Yaay me!

They take advantage of every holiday possible to close their post office. Their service is wavering unbelievably. It's absolutely unreal the amount of times I've gone to this place only for it to be closed with absolutely no notice beforehand.
