Absolute worst company to deal with. Every shipment they manage to lose or deliver to the wrong house. Actually if they deliver….I’ve also been told our address is hidden even with a big blue glow in the dark address number/sign on the road. Contacting them when you are trying to figure out which house they actually left your package or when they over charge you in transit is a joke….they answer the phone and tell you that you will get a call back or an email with the explanation and you get nothing. The local office in Courtenay is even more impossible as they don’t answer their phone or return your messages. When you go in their excuse to not knowing where the package is (on site or on a delivery truck) is that they can’t figure out the “new” online system.

They show my parcel as delivered. It wasn't. Sent me emails with terrible grammar and spelling wanting two dollars a month to sign up with them for all future deliveries. Reply button goes nowhere. I think they're scammers. And their office is only open for a couple of hours on certain days. Too weird for me.

I guess 0 out of 5 stars isn't possible so I have to give them at least 1 star. In all the years I've been living where I am, just north of Courtenay, they haven't once successfully delivered a package. They've lost a package. They don't answer the phone... I've been at the desk at the depot while they searched for a missing package, and the person at the front desk ignored the several phone calls that came in. They are rude and seem to go out of their way to avoid being helpful... they tried to blame me for the package they lost. Not surprisingly they failed to deliver this latest package and their office is closed from December 29 to January 5, so no pick up until late next week. What a strange way to run a "delivery" service. I've tried to register a complaint with DHL through their 1-800 number but looking at long list of 1 stars here, I'm doubtful it will make any difference. It's too bad... in other places DHL is great. It's just the people at this local office who give the company a bad name.

Ordered item from AirMiles who use Canpar but offloads to Loomis in Courtenay BC For the last 2 days I have watched as the truck drove right past my building and never even stopped. Moments later I received notification that I was NOT HOME This also happened the last time I ordered something from AirMiles and it was sent back. Like everyone else, nobody answers the phone at the office, their e-mails is having "technical difficulties" yadayada Do not use this courier if at all possible We have numerous other courier services in the Comox Valley who actually care about their customers.

I used this company first time, but it was terrible, irresponsible, and disrespectful service ever. I was supposed to get my package ordered by Amazon today because they texted it would be delivered "today". I had been waiting for my package at my home half a day, but no one came. Then they sent me a message attempt failed because no one home. It didn't make sense. I was home when they gave me the text message. I even didn't get any calls. I phoned them to ask what it's going on and exact hours of next delivery. I just wasted my dayoff. I never use this company again.
