Had a very different experience vs. all the negative reviews. Very helpful in terms of doing a change of address/mail forwarding for my 92 year old mother. The woman in line before us had some concerns which he also addressed, again in a helpful manner.

Awful place. Awful service. Rude manager (old Asian guy) who basically justified the rude behaviour of the Canada Post employee. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Never stepping foot near this place again.

I just filed an official complaint online with Canada Post, here’s my story. I just got off the phone with someone at the counter of canada post at this location. Extremely rude individual. I am trying to locate a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I was told by the shipper that a notice card was left, however I didn’t receive one. I called to ask if my package was there or at what time it will be available and he said he doesn’t know and didn’t let me finish asking my question before he hung up on me. I ordered an expensive item from Apple. The worst experience ever . They also close at 4pm every day , when their hours should be until a tleast 5pm. Online it says until 8pm. Terrible service. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

By far the worst post experience I have everytime I'm forced to interact with this business... The man charged me $1.00 to tape a part of my envelope. I asked him that made no sense and he pointed to a sign. I pressed that the sign was just written by him. And he said: if I don't charge you, I end up paying for all this tape. Unbelievable. How is this an official Canada Post retailer?!?
