Definitely do NOT recommend this post office. Lady working today is tripping on postal power. Tried to refuse to sell me a bubble wrap envelope because I wouldn't tell her what I was shipping? I wasn't even ready to ship anything. Literally just wanted a bubble mailer and some stamps on the side. She also refused to mail the parcel of the patron in front of me without a return address (but Canada Post website says return address's are optional??? Felt bad for that customer). Both of these interactions seemed unnecessary, maybe she needs another staff there to help her out.

There are no words for how horrendous the service is here. I dread shipping here because EVERY SINGLE TIME a 5 minute shipping turns into a war and 20 minutes. And thats if theres nobody else in line! Bring a tent to campout in and weapons to fight off the rudeness you will inevitably face. 9 times out of 10 their system is down and/or they can’t work it properly and will take them 3-5 attempts, resulting in you standing there for 20 minutes. Staff here quit every other week so you deal with brand new staff non stop that have no clue what they are doing WHATSOEVER! You can’t make this stuff up.

I miss Kathy! But this comment is for people complaining about tape. It’s not Canada posts job to provide tape to you at their cost. Buy a roll at the dollar store down the road. Imagine someone asking to borrow something from you 5 times a day, every day and you have to fund it because of their lack of planning. Additionally Rexall needs to staff the desk better so they are not forced to deal with impatient aholes who forgot how to wait in a line. Not all staff can just hop on the desk if they’re not trained for the post office. People in this section need a reality check or to work retail for a year so they understand what dealing with themselves is like

They hold your package hostage because there's system is down, there system is down 5/7 days a week. More like the lazy lady won't physically go find a package manually. Government services have to run in a code grey situation. Meaning, they can get your package without a computer but are too lazy to do their job. Mail is an essential service wether or not their computer works.

One clerk is absolute garbage, and seems to be bringing everyone down despite the rest of the staff being generally helpful and friendly. She's upper middle aged, somewhere between 45-65 I'd say, rest of the staff I've met have been younger. Not my first poor incident with her but today I received a final notice slip for a parcel in my mailbox. I hadn't received any other slip beforehand but though oh well. Went in, was told rudely that it was final notice, when I said I didn't get any other slips I was clearly taken as a liar. She looks it up and tells me it's already been returned to sender. How? I got the final notice slip TODAY? Did you not hold it? Threw the slip in the trash in front of me in what can only be described as an abrasive manner. When I asked if she could offer me any direction on where the parcel was from or anything else I was told "No." The entire interaction was horrific and the customer service was a solid 0/10.
