I went in to mail a prepaid package. I went in with my own tape ect expecting to need to use it as I normally have to at other CP drop offs. They were so sweet… they basically waved me off when I said I brought my own tape. It was definitely a nice change and they were so cheerful!! Thank you for making a normally mundane thing to do a better one and leaving with a smile 😊

I wish I had remembered to ask their names this morning, Friday 19/11/21 at this branch. Two gentlemen and one lady bent over backwards trying to help me. They were so friendly and helpful. I needed a box for Xmas item and one of the gentlemen went over with my item and found the proper box, put it together and I was ready to go. The other man and lady went on their screens to try to find out some information about an e-mail I had received yesterday about a parcel not having the right address, etc. They checked everywhere and finally told me that it was probably a scam. I was VERY VERY impressed with the service that I got this morning and I want to say KUDOS to you all. Your attitude and friendliness and helpfulness was a complete difference from what I got yesterday at another office but we won't go there. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MERRY CHRISTMAS! I sure hope you get to see this comment.

I'm tired of my package "getting lost" after going to saint john sortment facilities. This is the 5th time this has happened. Clearly someone is stealing packages. Good thing I always get shipping insurance. Theft of mail is illegal and I wish there was a way to have an investigation done.
