Inaccurate service from the beginning to the end of my shipment. Firstly, I was told by the counter person my package will arrive at it's destination in 2 business days. For this service they charged $140. After 4 business days, I was informed by the recipient nothing had arrived. My shipment was time sensitive documents. After calling DHL, one rep did not know where the package is, and the next one on a latter call said it was sent to the wrong city. At no point did any of the reps apologize for the delay, nor offered compensation. Package arrived after 6 business days (a week later). After I filed a claim, DHL replied that they could not guarantee their (timely) service. Shameful as the only reason I used their service was the time constrain I was under and paid dearly for that timely service ($140). Will never use this company again.

Absolutely horrible. Got a message while I was sitting in my living room right beside the window saying “we tried to deliver your package but nobody was home.” In my head I’m like.. girl no you didn’t I’ve been sitting here for hours now!!! So I tried to sort it out by calling costumer service where I was told to enter my tracking number and hit pound I did so and it said my tracking number was invalid. Yet if I type it in on the website it’s very much a valid number. Anyways I decided to check the cameras that I have beside my front door to see if maybe the timing from delivery to failed delivery message was just stretched out and see if I did miss the delivery. Guess what? NOBODY EVER CAME HERE. Don’t waste your time guys. Use Fed Ex!!! And seriously most store options use fed ex for standard, DHL for express, but I’d rather use standard with fed ex than— DHL with express standard is almost quicker when DHL is in the mix for express. 😂💀 I honestly feel like they send out those notices when it gets close to the time they close because they just don’t want to do it but it’s TWO HOURS TILL CLOSING! Like wth!

These people don’t even try delivering your package. They simply send it to the oblivion and good luck calling their costumer service. The robocall lady rant for a good while and they just hang up at the end. Go short these guys’ stock. They are the reason of global hunger crisis and climate change. Top 3 most hated company for sure.

Was expecting a very important letter that was sign for. Instruction were to call upon delivery. Driver did not call. There was even a note at the buzzer to call phone as buzzer does not work. Called to get package rearranged and they said the driver would come back same day and call as I am away for work for a week and the importance . Driver didn’t come back and now the delivery is sent back to sender cuz I miss the delivery window. Do not use dhl.

DHL are terrible. I had a note left on my door that I had not been in three consecutive times, left when I was in the house. The doorbell wasn’t pressed as I would have heard it. There was no notice of someone trying to deliver anything beforehand, and my builders working on the property all week said nobody had tried to deliver a package in the days before. There is no phone number to call except for a global automated system that doesn’t have the option to speak to a person, and denies having my waybill number in their system Do not use them!
