Your facility lied to us about where our package was and when we’re going to get it. Tracking told us it was going to be here two days early 4 days in a row, so we went ahead and made plans around that. Four days later we find out that it has been delayed and the package has only moved three hours away from the facility. Phoned customer service They couldn’t get a hold of where the package was so they told us there was nothing they could do pretty much hung up on us. All we wanted it was our package to go on our holiday. Didn’t give us any options of anything except for a disappointment. I will never use FedEx ever again. Thanks for ruining our holiday Super disappointed about being lied to
